I have never tried an Autel on a Peugeot. I have used them successfully on Holden, Ford, Toyota, Mazda, Renault, Volvo only. Peugeot is on its listings, but I sold my last Peugeot in 2004. Certainly in my experience with the Autel, the code is given with a good explanation of what that is, along with help section for each fault that gives a more detailed look into the fault explaining that with a certain combination of faults a direction of where to look. The freeze frame function is very useful in showing all that was happening when the fault occurred, things like fuel pressure, speed, rpm, throttle position, engine water and oil temp.
